Was £459.99 This is a large item, a delivery charge of £6.99 will be added to this item at checkout. Delivery was really quick too. My first UKHD post! :-)

cheaper at AO.com but I think Very give a discount if you open a credit account with them. Personally I reckon one of these would have to last well over 5 years to pay for itself. Hoover/Candy are not the best these days. I bought an AEG heatpump with 5 year warranty but shortly after the warrant expired the bearing in the blower fan failed which would have cost me £125 to replace the blower even if I'd fitted it myself. I scrapped it and bought a cheapo vented dryer for less .

Good point gaz. It does come with a 10 year guarantee so should be ok. Our last dryer was candy and it lasted 12 years! Probably when they were still sponsoring Liverpool FC! Those were the days... :-)

You get the parts free but have you checked what the cost is for labour which at most times can be more than the part.
I can't see anyone taking up the 10yr guarantee seriously, same with Candy themselves. Eventually having costed the repair I can see a new machine would usually be the better option.
