I'll post this deal and let you decide how good it is - with the use of the voting buttons! It is the Canon DS700 6x4 photo printer for £54.98 delivered from Empire Direct. To get this brand new it seems to be quite a bit more expensive from other retailer (E.g. £170 @ Memory Express, £137 @ Oyyy), so the price is right.

However - before you buy, I strongly suggest looking at ink prices, as this could be a major factor in the running costs of this machine.

I think the personal photo printer faze has had it's day.
I work in a 2nd hand shop and I'm offered about 5 a day to buy as folks are sick of the cost of the ink and paper. You can print lab quality prints at the Kodak kiosks in most Asdas for 17p a print, comapred to 50-60p a print at home.

Expect to see many of these personal photo printers on clearance.

However this printer runs on ink, many of them run and a ribbon type cartridge. The ones with carts need to pass 3 times to get the 3 primary colours, so when it says 20 prints a cart, it means it. As this runs on ink, I'm guessing it may be cheaper as you can refil and might be able to getget 3rd party carts?
