Price isn't bad but one thing I would say is that both lens are non STM which means the auto focus will make some noise which isn't great for video recording and also they don't have image stabilisation, which could be an issue with the telephoto at max zoom if the camera is being handheld.

looking for a decent entry level dslr having just gotten rid of my eos_m with this telephone lens, the noise did completely ruin videos and the auto focus was terrible but that could've been the camera

I've recently purchased the canon 700d which came with a 18-55 stm lens and it is silent. Also I was lucky enough to buy a new 55-250 canon stm lens from Amazon for £112 and canon are offering £20 cash back,so it will have only set me back £92.Again that lens is silent and the auto focus is fast.

That said if you don't want to record video and you would use a tripod then this deal is an ideal starter kit.

Good price but the 75-300 lens is a pile of pants. I'd suggest either:
a.) Get this deal, sell the 75-300 and buy the far superior 55-250 lens.
b.) Get hiyathere's £329 deal (above) and buy a 55-250, as this will give you three good and varied lenses which cover most situations.
