  Actually, you can get this camera from Pixmania for just over £580 delivered using code PIXUK14NOV and get 5.5% Quidco ( about £30, so effective total cost around £550) cashback, so Jessops deal is not that great, but a lot of people don't like Pixmania.

  I think you might struggle before christmas to be honest... Do you really want the features of the 600d, and if not, have you considered the 550d which is exactly the same in pretty much every aspect apart from the poppy-out screen. See the comparison here
