Good deal on a very good camera. The quality of the EF-S 18-55mm lens included is not the best but for this kind of price it's a steal. A very nice and cheap introduction into the world of digital SLR photography.

Worth noting that the newer 400D commands a significantly higher price yet for the most part offers little extra. The only feature from the 400D I crave is the self-cleaning sensor but having said that I have had no problems with dust getting in during the 13 months I've owned the 350D with regular lens changes.

May not be a mistake twinkle...I just bought the same kit for little more from the Canon outlet on eBay...albeit officially a refurb., but full Canon warranty all the same.

Camera is fantastic, I have one.
The really good thing is that the lenses from Canon Film SLR's fit it.
Photos are superb, downloading easy with Canon's software.
Am pretty sure you get a free 256MB Card with this by redemption also.

I also ordered and got a call from Empire advising that the computer system was updated last night and a lot of stock that was obsolete (theri words) was put on in error. The system was being corrected and my order was cancelled. I expect others will get a call as well but if not good luck.

Rather sad when a company does that, if not down right unethical, but this is the nature of bargain hunting "you win some, you lose some".
