I had better luck then, I ordered mine on Tuesday and it arrived Friday. I was a little unsure about using them, but a couple of HDUK users informed me they were ok, so I went ahead and tried.

I ordered some ink cartridges from them 3 weeks ago. There was an order confirmation and they took the money from my CC straight away, but nothing else. There's no way to check the progress of your order on their web site so I emailed them to check and I got a reply saying that they were out of stock and would probably be back in stock in the next 2 weeks.
My first experience of them, but so far I've not been terribly impressed.

I ordered some ink from this company last Christmas. After waiting over a week and a half I emailed them as to what had happened to my order, they apologised and blamed the Christmas post, the ink turned turned up a few days later.

Don't know whether to go for this or try the ink cartridges with the chips already fitted for £2.97 / £2.68? http://shop.ink.co.uk/shop/product/catid/D-Canon/subcatid/Canon+PIXMA+iP5200/productid/1403220-SICCHIP701B/site/2/lng/en_EN?shopid=c64a339f44f3c22412c297cddc445291&visitid=&refid= :?

It depends if you can be bothered with trying to re-fill your own or mess about with chips. If not, go for the ready chipped ones, much easier and still a good price.

I was thinking of buying the unchipped cartridges for as low as 37p and swapping the chip off the used one onto the new one and then resetting it. As you save around a 2 quid on each cartridge the re-setter would pay for itself after 1 full replacement. I've tried refilling cartridges in the past, never again too messy but I haven't tried swapping the chips yet which, depending on how awkward it is, could put me off anyway! ;-)

Thank you rmjowen for posting this. It seems that this device has been around for quite a short time and so it's good to see it being sold for an acceptable price.
Ordered one today.

websearcher, did your order arrive? Did the order go smoothly? I've heard mixed reviews about this co. and not sure whether to go ahead with my order or not. The alternative is to order from another co. (based in Germany) but they charge double the price for what seems to be the same product.

Thanks.
