============== UPDATE ==============
I love this printer 8)

I have it mounted it in a Euro box (rather strong plastic thing, check ebay 400x300x230) supported by packing material from some box or other.

Now I can arrive, settle in, print at will... It cost a bomb (£209, could have been £279) but DAMN does it do the job!

Can't print both sides but I knew that, no problem. I dislike printers in general, even 'hate' them at times but this thing has a solid use-case and it works when I need it to... I love it! (did I already say that?)

<3

============== END UPDATE ==============

With battery but at the usual without-battery price.

Anyone want to wait 1-3 weeks with me? I expect if a few get sold, they'll order some stock in.

**Mod edit removed unsuitable seller**

Rant:

It's no secret, I hate printers! I don't hate many things but printers should be classed a 'hard' problem of Computer Science...

- Manufacturers want to sell us ink so they cheap-out on the printer itself
- Mfrs want to sell us THEIR ink
- Too many moving parts, we're lucky they work at all
- Aggressive sleep-behaviour makes them seem 'off' when they aren't (flakey firmware?)

I've even had a printer that seems bound to the first router you connect it to... Designed that way, it's an IT-guy job to find the fix and fix it.

But we still need printers...

I never want to buy a £30 printer again but this IP110 gets towards £300 if you want one with the battery (or £70+ for battery separately)

Still, I'm confident this is a solid investment for my on-site use-case... I know a very productive administrator who travelled around with the previous version (IP100) in her office-in-a-bag so I'm happy it can stand that kind of heat.

As a field it tech having one of these in my van could be handy as hell, but bit pricey for the rare use.
9/10 I can hijack the system I'm working on, but not always.

I've no experience of these printers but generally inkjets leak old ink if they are not kept horizontal. I don't know how these printers cope with that. A small laser would be ideal but the don't seem to exist

I haven't bought from Amazon WH before. Not happy paying that much for something that says 'used' but...

But... but...

I think I should hang on a sec if my only argument for buying it amounts to 'but... but.. but...'

I just noticed my existing order (£209 for 'new') says "Expected by 14 Mar" where I'm pretty sure it just said 1-3 weeks before.

I'm sure I'll kick myself for this but I'm gonna assume that change is significant and wait a couple of days...

(I had ordered the WH one you pointed out but cancelled it within minutes so...)

I always check WH before buying new. They are 99% new anyway. Quite often cant even see why its WH but if a customer buys something and then returns it simply because they changed their mind then it goes to WH to be sold as used.You still get 30 days to return the item if you dont want it and you still get warranty. If the item isnt as described they will pay return postage aswell, so its win win really.

And if you want a hard copy of anything whilst on the road, just email it to your home printer
