Hot from me. Thanks for posting.

Do this support AirPrint without having to download an app from Canon (ie once set up on wifi can I just print direct from my iphone/iPad). If so this will be ideal...

Just had a look into it and can answer my own question...sadly it's not directly AirPrint comparable. You how to use the canon app. Still heat for the deal, but not for me...

The Dell E514dw Print/Scan/Copy unit is still around £65 on Amazon. That has AirPrint and Duplex. Toners are around £18 each though and a 1 year warranty.

I scanned and uploaded my Argos receipt to Canon and have had confirmation of the extended 3yr warranty from them.

I've had the Dell C1760NW for a couple of years & its great.

Often comes up as a deal on HUKD last time was around 1 month ago. http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/dell-c1760nw-wireless-colour-laser-printer-84-99-ebuyer-2479341

Pack of 4 Toners is currently £18.40 from Amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00977H4AG/?tag=ho01f-21 (or £33.70 for 8 ).

Needed to replace our Laser Printer in our small business. Found this deal and went for it. We were replacing a HP Laserjet which we chose as it doesnt have a separate drum so keeps the costs down and this Canon is the same, the Toner Cartridges have the drum as part of it. Most laser printers have a separate drum which needs replacing.

Found compatible Toners on Amazon for £5.95 incl VAT and shipping which makes the cost of running this very low.

The printer looks great. Big paper tray. Set up using the provided disk was troublesome so downloaded the more up to date installer on their website which worked and we can print wirelessly to it from our PCs. Its quite quick to print and the printer driver interface is straightforward. The 3 year guarantee is a bonus though of course as we are using compatibles any issues connected to those wont be covered.
