I've got one and the cartridges are so easy to fill up. I buy 90ml for about £5, keep in mind a standard ink from canon is only 5ml! 18 refills for £5 aint bad!

fab printer but yeah ink is a **** take hence why ive bought a brand new all in one, half price at £38 well worth it with a 12 month guarantee

true point there, never bothered topping the ink on this printer.

don't suppose anyone knows a dirt cheap refilling alternative?

Had a pixma before - packed in just after the 12 month warranty. Cartridges are horrendously expensive. Got an Epson now (sx200) from tesco for around £39, and cartridges (each colour has a separate cartridge) can be bought for 98p.
