EDIT: The deal title is misleading: QVC have apparently deducted the cashback value price already (without declaring it upfront on their website! Although it is mentioned in the video) On that basis I'd advise against buying from QVC.

The real price is £306.43 +5% Quidco - It's cheaper elsewhere although Quidco may make it cheaper than other places...

EDIT: The comments below on cashback and price are wrong - please ignore:-

Looking at the Canon cashback page this QVC offer should be valid; so it's an excellent price; £266.43 after cashback is around £35 cheaper than anywhere else I could find. 5% Quidco will bring the total down to £244.98

@BargainBooze: Don't forget to add the £6.45 Shipping and Handling charge to your deal price...

dont see the point in getting one of these, you may as well pay a little extra and get a dslr....more lens, better quality pics, more equipment, etc

A little more than £291.11 for a DSLR with lenses to give a 24mm-840mm zoom range and 720p video across that range!!! Please post that deal ;)

This is a different animal to a DSLR - why do folks seem to get confused about that?

Having read a few reviews and being a bit of a fan of Fuji I'd probably go for the HS10; but this is still a HOT deal.

The best thing about this offer besides it very good spec and price is the fact that you have a 30 day no quibble try it and if you don't like ( for what every reason) return it and if that was not enough you can even have at on 3 Easy Pay instalments of £99.96 plus P&P interest free with no credit checks and pay with debit or credit card

So it a no lose situation other than the return cost ( aprox £5) to try a this great camera . . .you couldn't even hire a camera at that rate

They did this on a previous Powershot deal, the SX210 IS 'to make it easier for you'.

"Unfortunately the longer lens and move to a 14 megapixel sensor doesn't do the SX30's image quality any favours, especially in low-light"
Hence the Fuji HS10 is the better camera. Buy from Fuji site and use the code poolthoughts. Its all on HotUK.
