I have been looking at doing something to try and remove the smell from my car air con. 4.99 delivered seems not to bad.

it is just pretty minging for the first 20 seconds when I turn the air con on. I can in no way be held responsible for the smell before you ask. lol

The one linked, you need to spray into the cold air intakes outside the car and also into the vents inside the car. This can be difficult on some cars.

The one shot one (http://www.eurocarparts.com/ecp/p/car-accessories/car-cleaning-accessories/car-interior-cleaners/air-con-cleaner/?NOR2897300100&0&cc5_101) is easier to use. Putting the air con on full, re-cric mode and closing the doors/windows letting it do its thing.

If ECP is too far or you dont want to wait in, Asda have an "Holts" branded air conditioning cleaner for £5 also. This is the one shot type as I described above.

Poundland was selling this stuff a couple of weeks ago (Bromsgrove)

The Citrus Lemon smell lasts a while after you apply this stuff. Read the instructions carefully to avoid passing out!

have had the one shot stuff from Poundland and its very good, same one as sold in many car accessory stores.

plus 1 for the Poundland product.

Can put a few drops of aloe Vera oil in the vents inside the car, it will kill the bacteria and make it smell nice, good old superscrimpers

Can you please let me know the result ?
Is it good ?

I did it yesterday and the result seems good. The one is purchased you just spray directly into the vents. Each can should do three separate applications.
