I don't like the way this is fixed by just closing the door on the cover, I wouldn't use this with my car as it may damage the door.

bubble wrap is also a great cover and tucking it in your doors won't damage the seals. can be wrapped or rolled up when not in use and stored in boot

I rest the wipers at the top position and place cover underneath, mine is a Picasso and sweeps from the centre outwards won't work with other types.

We have these covers & they are ideal. They certainly dont damage your car doors!

I bought 1 about 3 years ago, my car wipers don't stop half way so I can't use it as it's not long as the pictures describe it,

I just go out 10 mins before, switch car on put heater on full blast, lock doors then have brekkie then all melted when I'm ready to go :)

I'll take the risk been doing it for years. No scraping solid ice for 10 mins and I walk into a nice warm car too :)

So what about other solutions and heated windscreens etc, this is about a product and its price not about how you clear your screen. If you want to do that start a general discussion thread and start it there or go on a car forum website.

Next not to dispute it...your deal will end up as cold as the I've on your windscreen!!
#29
or ice even!

Warm water in a 2ltr pop bottle does a whole car in 2 minuets, the same time u would be messing around taking this off cleaning it rolling it up and putting it away.

And then the 2 litres of water you've poured all over the floor freezes into a sheet of ice for little old Betty to break her neck on.

These were reduced to 99p about 3 weeks ago, and no new stock will be received so look of the draw if you find any.

Utter rubbish, so if a deal for a 42" hdtv comes up at £50 you vote cold because you already have a 48" 4k smart ?

"little old Betty" lol you are such an ageist!! :D

hope there is some left
#36
cheap junk that will stick to your screen or car bodywork or scratch it

if you care about your car then you wouldn't use a scraper. enjoy your scratched windows and bodywork - you may as well take your car to a car wash or cheapo "handwash" place and get that ultimate brillo pad swirl effect on your paintwork too

idling a car uses about a litre an hour. So for a 12min warmup its 21p each time

plus probably a similar amount in wear and tear for the movig parts
