The folks who bought it at the previous price must be turning in their graves, that's if it hasn't rained yet.

Isnt this buy one get one free? The one you pay for and the cardboard box it comes in.

What if it rains? You're either going to look like a papier-mache corpse or worse fall out the **** of it in front of everyone as your carried in to the service and that's just going to be awkward for all concerned.

I have always said just build a box out of cheap wood and chuck me on a fire. Lol.....
Why should people be burdened with the price they charge for funerals .

I think £100 for a cardboard box is extortionate but it sure better than paying the prices they want for a real wood coffin.

So agree, and some people find the whole experience a terrible ordeal aswell as expensive. I think some people would rather someone would just let them say goodbye then take the deceased person away so they don't have to deal with organising a funeral while they are so upset and grieving.

For £100 you could buy ply and s/steel fixings and make a real coffin in a couple of hours (carpentry skills may vary!)

What happens if you add heat to this offer?

Death is a very serious thing, it's nothing to laugh about.

But a cardboard coffin, now that is funny.

I think these are great. Although if you murdered somone you could get one of these babies delivered, pop the body in it and if spotted carrying it out the door say " bloody idiots delivered it to the house not the funeral directors"

Then just flytip it on an estate.

Cold, why waste money on a cardboard coffin?

I like to just cut them up and stick them in a bin bag
