So if anyone had snatched up one of these, please let us know

For that price it's easily worth the risk especially compared to all those rip off price ones on amazon

Yeah, it's worth the risk. I have a Kindle 3 but I'm buying this for the Paperwhite. I know the Pw is slightly bigger, but the case is so nice and cheap that I'll risk it :) I love my Kindle but as for Kindle accessories from Amazon(case, charge), it's a joke, I wouldn't buy at those prices either. I bought a metal case from China via eBay and it has protected my Kindle from quite a few knocks and drops.

You could go to the page of any Kindle device on Amazon.co.uk and there is a comparison between all the kindles in production. The sizes are listed there :)
If anyone's looking for Kindle cases, UK-based Lente Designs make good quality ones at reasonable prices. I bought a pure black second for my Kindle 3, which is still better quality than many being sold as firsts. Admittedly, I found it hard to get a 'manly' looking one from them though, hence the black one for me.
They also sell through Amazon.
