I've been waiting for the 2 Disc Edition to drop in price for a while and it finally has, it is now £4.99 at HMV. The single disc edition has been £4.99 for a while so don't get this one confused with that.

Next best I can find is £7.99 at DVD Source, Play and Amazon don't seem to have it in stock anymore, most places are selling the single disc edition for this price.

Double Disc Set - Special Features:

Becoming Bond (30 Minutes)
James Bond For Real (30 Minutes)
Bond Girls Are Forever (30 Minutes)
Chris Cornell 'What's My Name?' Music Video
Widescreen 2.40:1 Anamorphic
Dolby Digital 5.1
Languages - English
Subtitles - English, English Hard Of Hearing, Hindi
Audio Descriptive Track - English
Region 2 / PAL / Colour
Running Time 138 Minutes

I don't know if you realise that these things become so worthless in about 2 years that you can pick them up on ebay for about 50p? Why not do what I do and 'borrow' them when first released and then pick them up in the bargain bins in the future?

Find me a link on eBay for a brand new copy of a 2 year old film for 50p...

I suspect you can't find a single one, yet alone a blockbuster,

Not sure you can get the 2 Disc edition brand new on Ebay for 50p, even if you could wouldn't it cost 50p plus delivery on Ebay, plus the £4.00 if you rent it out when it's first released, I presume that's what you mean when you say borrow it, this is £4.99 brand new, can't see the sense there really?
