I like Casio cameras (have had a few). Don't know this one specifically but a reasonable price for the spec so hot. Ticks most boxes: Li-ion rechargeable, SD/SDHC card memory, big screen, etc. The 2 year warranty is very worthwhile too.

There are lots of choices out there at this price point though so may be worth looking around a bit first. You should be able to get 4x zoom for similar money and I'd have a search for a Panasonic - a cut above the rest and sometimes seen at this price or less.

We've got the 7.1 (I think) older version and are very pleased with it.

I'd get this if I had a few spare quid at the moment....
