A lot of camera for not a lot of money.....

Having owned the famous TZ7 and then this, this camera is by far the best super zoom pocket camera out there....

This is a bargain

What makes it better than the TZ7 then?

I'd be wary with it having just a 3 month warranty.

I bought one last week but only just got it today.
So far it looks almost brand new condition. Very faint scratch on the shiny surround of the lens, which is aesthetics only. Just charging the battery and will test it out.

eesh i used to work in a sony centre.. not the best choice of camera as the HX5 would be the competitor for these two really.. but as long as your happy

ive recieved my casio and the LCD is a little low res but ill have to report back once ive used it proper, some of the best shots look pretty nifty

i read sum massive reviewing of it compared to the TZ7.. tbh just the fact that it is compared to the TZ7 for this price makes it good value imo...

people were generally saying this casio is really good especially when you were using it in well lit environments, but the TZ7 was the best pocket superzoom for counteracting chromatic abberation (which this camera can suffer from) due to the superb after shooting processing developed by panny specifically for their glass

peopel were swinging both way in what i read.. so six of one half dozen of the other.. obviously the newer TZ's are out now which will no doubt pwn this but there 3 times the price at least!
