Product Description
Multi region 2 radio controlled (UK, USA, Japan and most of Mainland Europe), World time, 1/100th sec stopwatch, Countdown timer, Daily alarm, 200m water resistant
Product Description
This Casio Mens watch is part of the Casio Waveceptor collection. Basic Features:This Casio Waveceptor watch for men comes with world time, chronograph, countdown timer, alarm and calendar functions. The watch has a water resistance mark of 200M. It features Casio?s official two year guarantee. The case is made of steel and the dial colour is black. The case width is 45 millimetres and its depth is 15 millimetres. The watch comes with a fold over clasp. Additional Features and Benefits:This functional Casio watch for men is powered by a battery that can run for approximately three years before a replacement is needed. The Waveceptor technology is one of the watch?s biggest assets. The timepiece receives radio signals, which let it maintain accuracy regardless of location. In many countries, the watch is able to set itself automatically to summer and winter time. The chronograph of the watch can measure up to 60 minutes in 1/100-second increments. Its modes include elapsed time, split time and final time. The watch is also equipped with a countdown timer that can be set up to 60 minutes in advance. Additional useful functionalities include world time, daily alarm, hourly time signal, a fully automatic calendar, day display in several languages and 12/24 hour time display. The watch?s illuminator lights the dial. The display remains illuminated for several seconds after the light button is released because of the afterglow function. The band is made of a combination of stainless steel and resin. The watch comes with a safety catch, which prevents the accidental opening of the clasp. Scratch-resistant mineral glass crystal adds to the resilience of the timepiece.

I have the same one I think only it has a black strap (WV200A). Good chunky and durable watch.

Case Material: Resin

Just a caveat ... I had one of the early waceceptors (analog/digital dual display) and while the main body and bracelet were metal it too had "resin" section where the bracelet attached ... and after a few knocks (nothing I'd say out of the ordinary - just one or two time where you misjudge how close a wall is and bang your hand+watch on it as you pass) the resin cracked rendering watch useless. Also, the resin section while coloured "silver" was obviously not metal and to my mind made the watch look a little "cheap". Since then I've bought another dual analog/digital waveceptor (and managed to get it v.cheap on argos ebay site!) but this time made sure it was a "full metal" design and have had no problems.

So, waveceptor hot, but resin case cold so not voting either way.

I have one.
I love the idea of a perfectly accurate watch........which is totally useless as the bus driver you're waiting for probably has a "Tick-a-tick Timex", TV progs never start on time and everyone else uses a watch with the accuracy of a sun dial at midnight. lol oO

So how many times have you told a bus driver / other person who's supposed to run to a timetable - "You're early/late" - "I know you are because my watch is set by the atomic clock" ? Go on be honest, you have haven't you!

Yep, I'm a train driver and have a Waveceptor. We get issued with Timex analogue watches. Only issue with the Casio is I have had mine back for warranty repair twice due to the light button intermittently failing (bad when you're in a tunnel) and the replacement I've now got has gone the same way. Other than that I really think it's great. Only Casio and Citizen seem to do atomic timekeeping but the difference in prices is just beyond my lowly train drivers wages (Citizens are well over £200 for AT watches).

Ordered at one pm and it's been dispatched already! That's on the supersaver delivery! :)

Just for info.....My other "Atomic" watch is by "Precision" It was cheaper but the Casio looked nicer. :)

Ordered yesterday at 1 - arrived this morning just after nine - now that is good service!

Cheap watch strap but that's to be expected - not sure how to adjust the strap though - pushing the
pins in still does not allow the bit to come off (not your usual pin set-up).

*Edit: stupid watch strap design - very very difficult to take the pins off (L shape design that pushes out)
and it was difficult to get it to fit to my wrist size (either too big or too small).

The code does not work for me. I had only this product in my basket and nothing else. Any idea?
