Hot from me...(_;)

You can get free click & collect at goldsmiths as they are part of the same company

Watch turned up and it looks great. Been after a 270 or a 3000 for a while, triple black colour looks great. Still can't believe they're selling them for same price as dollar equivalent on amazon.com. Bargain!

Kidding, heat :)

I am climbing mount kilimanjaro, this could be a decent bit of kit to let me know how heigh I am .... I presume you cannot capture the data on the watch, cant save it somehow. Its just realtime i.e your currently at 5500m height, and the temp is -10
#10
Always had a soft spot for Pro-Treks/Pathfinders. Nice looking watches.
#11
dammit.
I now have a one in one out policy for watches, but still
#12
Nice, already got a decent watch but very good find!

Not the coca cola route I hope. Your phone can be used assuming its a smart phone otherwise go for a Suunto if you want to keep track.

Great find.
#15
That pro-trek font though, 70s porno style lol.
#17
expired - all gone. Managed to get one of the last few, many thanks!
#18
Think I'll stick with the Rangeman! Good price though for this.
#19
Out of stock unfortunately. Really nice watch, couldn't bring myself to buy it and add it to the collection of other cheap Protreks I've bought and never used... Still use my PRW-5100-1ER every day, best watch I ever owned.

heat added love casio seen a similar model last ten years
#21
Must resist, just bought a Christopher Ward D type this month!!!!
#22
OOS ?
#23
If there is one thing in this world i really don't need it is another watch!! So why do I want this watch so much?!
#24
that watch looks wicked.
#25
Showing out of stock, just when I'd decided to buy!
#26
 Out of stock,
More expected soon.
#27
Was really tempted but umm'd & ahh'd...... now its OOS and stopped my deliberation.
Its a massive watch though at 52mm wide, which is bigger than any of the G Shocks I own. Possibly too big for me.
#28
Not usually a fan of negative displays either, although they look cool...... The main digits are big on this watch though so it may be more legible than other neg displays.
If it comes back in stock, i'll probably start thinking about buying it again......... especially as I don't have a Pro Trek in my collection.

Apart from the seriously fugly "is that a tractor tyre on your wrist?" Protrek looks, I'm a little bemused that this has a shed load of features/sensors *except* being able to tell time accurately! With no radio controlled syncing, the 15 secs/month "accuracy" means that within 2 days, this watch will permanently show the wrong time until you correct it!

Even my 30 quid Casio has radio control and much better non-Goodyear looks than this monstrosity.

The lack of radio syncing put me off buying this watch... Every premium watch should have radio syncing nowadays, especially a Protrek.

Yes the Marangu route, we are doing it in 5 days, and it is the only route they will allow us to do it in 5 days, plus we are a team of 31 people too. Just fancied a gadget to track the data as I climbed, distance covered, height, temps etc etc...

I hope you enjoy it none the less. have a look at GPS Travel Photo Tracker http://www.maplin.co.uk/p/gps-travel-photo-tracker-a41jf Its great for uploading to laptop and seeing your route on a map. It can be found for about £35 but also worth investing in a decent watch ( Suunto or Pro Trek 5000T )as this probably wont be your last adventure.
