i have this watch....bought it in argos about 2 years ago for 11.99............16.99 is still a good deal, however after 2 years of using the watch, ican say that it is very comfortable, the alram could be a bit louder probably and is definetly waterproof

Yacht timer
The perfect prerequisite to every regatta and yacht race: The countdown start time can be set within a period of 1 to 10 minutes, usually 5 minutes. An audible signal sounds once after every elapsed minute. For the last ten seconds before the start, the signal sounds every second.

Somewhat cheaper than a Rolex YachtMaster! :)

Had this watch for a few years...........strap broke, and battery replaced, but it was well used, nice and chucky, tide feature is ok, can only predict one location (ie one beach / port), better to use magicseaweed.

Only yesterday brought a £8.99 Half priced simple digital Casio from Argos..........**** .......... wish I had been a little more patient!
