Currently selling for £40-60 online elsewhere, I bought this the other day as a spare. For less than £25 it's a really nice watch, and because it's radio controlled you never have to adjust the time.

Similar in looks to the G-Shock range, but less bulk. 200m water resistance means you can go swimming with it on too. Full Spec:

•Wave ceptor radio controlled
•Digital time.
•Grey dial.
•Black and silver round stainless steel and resin case.
•Black resin strap.
•LCD display with illuminator backlight.
•Date display.
•Day display.
•1 alarm.
•1/100th second stopwatch.
•World time.
•Countdown timer.
•Water resistant to 200m.
•Gift boxed.
•Manufacturer's 2 year guarantee

Posted before I know, but all other deals had expired.

Great watches if a little bulky.
Worth paying more for a metal strap.
Has been cheaper so not voting.

the plastic straps split across the width - I have one of these, I didn't abuse it (typically put it on, take it off once daily), and the strap split after one year.

that said, they're ideal for travelling internationally, it makes it so much easier to know the right time where you are currently and back home. the user interface is quite complicated though!

it's definitely worth the extra to get the metal strap - good find, thanks!

It's worth pointing out that you still have to manually tell the watch which time zone you're in when you travel abroad. It doesn't have GPS to know this itself. Once the city is set, it will maintain accurate local atomic time. I speak from experience of using a Wave Ceptor in UK, Canada & Dominican republic last month.

I have this watch and the only comment I would make is the Date is next to useless. Way to small to be viewed quickly. Apart from that tells the time and is quite light :@)
