I have. I think the texture changes a bit and it becomes more crumbly but still tastes fine.

350g Block , although on offer at iceland this week, is never below £2 on promotion @ other supermarkets.

Unless I'm miscalculating this is £5.50 /kg which is a decent price but not great. Waitrose were selling their essential cheddar range for under a fiver last week, probably still are.

Been buying this for about 6 weeks now at £1...

Equivalent or better is less than 1,50 (pro rata) at Aldi, however if you want a smaller piece, it' still a steal
