wonder when sainsbury's website will get into the 21st century, good price though do you have a bigger picture or the model number ? cheers

Although Celcus is Sainsburys own brand I've found it to be pretty decent and good value

Took a pic of the side of the box, I'll try and add later!
Model number is CEL43FHDSB-16/1

anybody else have to turn this tv up to 30 just to hear it or am i missing some kind of sound boost setting?

celcus cel-43fhdb-16/1 is a good TV except for the sound... Little volume, worth putting a sound system in, if you can find a connection. The SCART socket is physically weak and proved intermittent, there is no 'line out', but you can use the headphone socket which has switchable level from the MENU.

Hi, saw this is Sainsbury's for £200. Looking for a smart TV for my bedroom. Not a techie or a big TV watcher tbh so can anyone give an opinion? Thanks :)

What's the measurements of between the feet of the stand. Need to know as thinking of buying one but don't know if it will fit on my cabinet

The tv is good but the sound is horrendous! Sounds like a tin radio and has to be turned up to about 35 or 40 to hear. Will be returning it as there are much better quality tv's around for even less money!

£180 at Cheadle store

This a false offer at Sainsburys. It is not available today the 15th December 2016 so who is giving false information?????

Just bought my 43 inch smart TV with Free view HD for £190.00 @ sainsbury Basingstoke they still have a few left I absolutely love it.

Hi loejacks, I have bought this tv today. Do you have sky? If so, did you find a code for your remote control, I can't seem to find one that works. Thanks.

I've had the 43" Smart TV up and running for a week now, bought from Saintsbury's for £190.really pleased with it, excellent picture and sound for a room our size. The kids love the 'You Tube' aspect of it.I would definitely recommend

Have just purchased this item from Sainsbury's Broadstairs! Got home set the TV up fine no problems, but when it comes to Netflix I can not access it and the TV just crashes has anyone else had this problem? I am hoping for a fix as I like the TV and it seems a shame to return for this problem thanks.

Just bought 2 yesterday for kids gaming. Fantastic value with 3 HDMI ports, Full 1080, Freeview HD and Smart Wifi? Was looking at AO they've got 40" without wifi/smart facility for £190 so this 43" with all the extras s a no brainer! Now looking at the bigger one for me with the Ultra High Definition :)

In addition, if you go to your nearest store and it's out of stock, they can check their system to see who's got stock, which we did. Turned out the small store a couple of miles away had 7 in stock?

Just bought one for a top price (190.00) works fine, connects to the net easily, absolute barging AAA*

Anyone had any problems with the remote control, despite changing batteries several times, currently can't turn the tv off!! No buttons are working!

Purchased a 43" celcus tv works fine apart from nexflix, it just turns the TVs of . Have been in touch with sainsbury and are aware of the problem, but there only salution was to return the tv and exchange it for another one, problem is they don't have any stock .

Bought this set from Sainsbury's at Christmas. I have (wealthier) friends and family with sets that have cost well into four figures, and none has better sound of vision that our Celcus. Even old sit-coms look fresh. And wild-life documentaries filmed in HD come over so well you feel you are seeing them in 3D. The only slight problem is occasional loss of wifi after the set has been turned off. It takes just a few seconds to get it back. Five stars is not enough for this brilliant telly.

Excellent TV in many ways for this price but for 2 aspects. Sound is awful but connected to cheapish amplified speakers through headphone jack is great. Netflix app just doesn't work and no Amazon app seems available. Any advice welcome.

Hi Matthew - did you resolve this? I have a similar problem that the Netflix starts to load, but never finishes.

Celcus are made in the same factory as another brand, can't remember if it's Toshiba or Panasonic. I've got a celcus and my daughter has the other brand, both remotes work on both tvs. Ive had mine about 4yr now and it's brilliant, had no problems at all. Would definitely recommend
