lol aye bruceboy seems t hve a big gob no deals posted but over 400 comments lol

Looks like you don't know when to shut up. I have posted loads of deals, but idiots like you get me banned. so I reinvent myself with a new username (be banned again tonight). The thought of me being a hun fan fills me with absolute horror. I hate them more than you lot. I was actually a Celtic fan as a child. Saw Kenny Dalglish play his first game at Parkhead. However, when I became aware of the baggage attached to the club I decided to support my local team, as many others eventually do. I am done now.
banned for what i hve posted a deal on a shirt i cant be responsible for other peoples comments. As i have said several times i hve no religious beliefs whatsoever. Just saw a cheap shirt lol

Free match day ticket for unemployed supporters

what???? free stuff for dole dossers???? Wtf??? That's it... I'm obviously handing in my notice as they seem to get more and more!!!
blabbity
I'm fed up of hearing the resentment towards the unemployed getting a scrap of help or enjoyment. If people have lost their job or their health they are not criminals. They are entitled to enjoy themselves too. Looking for work isn't a 24/7 job, just like your job isn't either. And I'm sure that looking for work and failing to get it is a lot more demoralising than actually working, so they deserve a bit of escapism now and again. Why resent people whom have lost their job or their health, are struggling and are probably living in poverty? You should feel sympathy, compassion and maybe even some empathy. Most would swap places with you in a heartbeat. Most would rather have the means to live an independent life and have all that goes with that than be dependant on scraps of help from others.

Saying that the 99.5% of people whom are genuinely ill or looking for work should miss out on help or offers just to spite the 0.05% claiming fraudulently is exactly like saying that if your car gets into a crash (through no fault of your own), your insurance company shouldn't pay out just to spite the minority that make fraudulent claims. You never know when you'll end up on the other side of the fence and will be thankful that help/offers like this exist. You can't control losing your job or health, just like 'they' couldn't. It happens. And it's self-sabotaging to encourage eroding away YOUR safety net should luck not be on your side for the full forty-five years or so of being of working age.

Just let go of your misdirected anger and put yourselves in 'their' shoes. Should you lose your job or health, what kind of safety net would you want there waiting for you? What help and offers would you like to be available? Don't for a second think that you'll be treated differently because you're a 'genuine case', because you won't be. The unemployed pretty much get treated in a universal manner. So, would you opt-in to punishing yourself just to spite a few choosing to be unemployed? Probably not.

This is a great post in a sea of idiocy. Thank you.

cold....... The ants always work the hardest and gain the least...
another dumb narrow minded reply this is what is wrong with the word today ppl putting the unemployed down without knowing the ins and outs of the reason they are unemployed...i ost my job last year at tesco because they brought in polish blokes doing the same job as me for almost half the pay. FACT! i found work not too long after but it was so hard to find any job.
Dumb and narrow minded.... Have a glance at unemployment statistics and the percentages of folk who have never lifted a finger in their life.. yet will milk the system for every last drop.. yep.. their the ones that my comment was aimed at...

Nope, voted cold, get a job or give everyone free tickets.
so both my parents in there 50s unemployed shouldnt be allowed this? even tho they have worked since they were 14/16?... such a narrow minded thing to say not everyone is unemployed out of choice you know.

I work 40 hours a week and have done for the last 20 years, why shouldn't I get free tickets?
because your not on £70-80 a week maybe? this is a one off if im not mistaken

My original point was be free for everyone or nobody, discrimination at its worst, imagine if it was free for men only, it would cause national uproar.
im not offended by them offering tickets to pp that dont work i have friends and family unemployed non of them are unemployed out of choice.

I meant to say disrespectedl
Not sure if trolling or not but nobody disrespected any wardead on this thread and celtic helped make a contribution to a war appeal (charity). A little bit of education might help before playing the moral high ground eh ?

can't find any 2 for 1 tickets so I think they've all gone
Hail hail"..........
Only 2 for 1, so that means there might be 20000 tickets 'sold' then? There was more sellic fans at ibrox to watch Scotland than turn up at the skip to watch their club.

Saying that the skip might sell out next month when the eyrish come over. :)

Best striker in the world haha best diver in the game

Ha ha. You have obviously never seen this player before then. No sane person would ever come out with a comment like that. he was a model professional in the game. A lot of todays players could learn a lot from the king of kings. And he is undoubtedly one of the all time best strikers in the game. That is undisputable.

As for this deal. I think its a poor deal. Should be cheaper than this. I actually paid around £10 for it at this time last year

Edited By: Deedie on Dec 14, 2011 09:56
At £7.50 per DVD that's more than the good BD deals on here (that tend to be around £6.99)

Read this earlier and though, nah, I'm sure no one will be sad enough to pull out the old bog roll jibe, it's been done to death.

Should've known better.....
Apparently the travellers from Dale Farm were offered a new home at Celtic Park. Needless to say there was a huge outrage - not wanting to be associated with a bunch of unwashed, inbred thieves, the travellers declined.

This is not a football site therefore if you want to discuss Scottish football go to a Scottish football site and leave this site for what it is intended.

Are you the owner of this site or a moderator ? You really don't understand the hatred and animosity between certain sections of the community if you think that any deal involving certain football teams e.g. celtic, rangers, manu can be posted without certain comments. It could equally be said that if you don't like some of the comments and the direction the posts are going in, then don't read deals involving those teams !
Also interesting how some posts have been deleted from this thread, whilst instances of bad language and inflamatory comments have been allowed to remain ?

I may not be the owner of this site or a moderator but do NOT make assumptions about what I do and do not understand. You know nothing about me so how can you jump to such a stupid conclusion!!
This is not the place nor the time for bigotry as I said earlier take the football talk to a football site.

The minority of fans opinions does not reflect on the majority of fans. As with anything all get tarred with the same brush and get the shine taken off a great win!
Certain songs and slogans are/were sung by more than a minority of fans both in the ground and in bars frequented by the fans. Collection boxes for certain political organisations were welcomed in pubs used by celtic fans both in Glasgow, London and parts of the usa (before their twin towers thingy),so please don't go on about a minority of fans. Both sets of fans in Glasgow are equally entrenched in their views however, which go back hundreds of years.I don't think you will ever be able to remove the politics and bigotry from the football, so perhaps just go with the flow rather than try to stamp out what people are thinking by preventing them from saying it. Mind you, many people now forget that manu fans used to sing republican songs as well as celtic,so maybe time will change things.

Yes and look at the problems at Ibrox

Hero printing? What's that? Does it mean you have to have Larssons name and number on the back, I can't think of any more Celtic heroes. Surely this isn't cheap?

You obviously don't follow football.

Jimmy Johnstone, Kenny Dalglish, Jock Stein, Tommy Burns, Lisbon Lions, and they're aff the top o' me heed laddie. (no, Im not a Celtic supporter)

I could name more players that play in the League or Ireland than the SPL. Still hardly a massive list is it.
