Deals from 1 bedroom/2 people (Not as cheap as £32 though)
Great deal :)

Take plenty of cash for the extras

This is what I hate about Center Parcs. I booked a break back in February for a few weeks time.

I booked using a 30% off code. Now the same villa is £40 less and the price they state it originally was it less than what they stated it was when I booked.

I am not happy!

Good news for Catholics then! No, this isn't racist I'm actually Catholic myself but can poke fun at my own religion!

BOTTOM! I booked a couple of weeks ago in the NEW WOODLAND LODGES and got 25% off and now they are advertising NEW WOODLAND LODGE with no discount for £349! I paid £398.00 and that included discount! I would have booked the exec lodge for £261.00. Great Deals guys , you would be mad to miss these prices. Rep and heat added.

thanks for this, going to have a look to see if anything suitable for us.

so for an apartment for 2 its £210 and an apartment for 8 is £256, its better to book that one and see if any of your mates want to come.
#15
BOOKED! Sherwood forest woodland lodge £320.38 for next fri-mon ~(although I'll be checking out on the sunday, they wont charge me extra for doing this will they??) TOTAL for a 3-bedroomed apartment.
Did I get a good deal? Hope so!

Nope, you can leave when you want.

You just need to tell the security people (usually have a "box" near the carpark) and let them know you are leaving early and they will open the gates so you can get out.

That is what I had to go when I left the night before I was suppose to last time I went to CP.

If I booked an apartment for 8, do you think there'd be any requirement to fill it with 8 people? Asking because if 4 of us were going, a comfort plus in sherwood is £118pp making it £472 total, as opposed to an 4 bedroom at £38pp, total £272. i.e. £200 more to book the smaller apartment.

We're flexible with dates, so could we book the 4 bedroom for a week's time and just have 4 of us turn up, or do you think they have a policy on full occupancy, since they might want the parc filled with people spending on activities?

The way I understand it is that the pp price is calculated for eg. 8 for a 4 bedroom villa, so at eg. £50pp would make the villa cost £400 REGARDLESS of how many people lives there.

So, if you are looking at 9th June at £38pp you are looking at £304 as opposed to £472 at 30th June. I suppose the big price difference is due to 30th being more high season than 9th, but what do I know.

So the short answer is no, you can live 4 (or even 1) in a 4 bedroom villa.
I booked for 5 people in a 3 bedroom villa, which could hold 6 people.

The number is for the maximum people in the villa not the minimum.

You could book a villa for eight people and just have two people there. With Center Parcs you pay for the villa, not per person.

There is definitely no requirement to fill the accomodation to full occupancy. I was there with my gf in January, 2 of us in a 3 bed woodland lodge. No problems at all :)
