Just booked the family into Centre Parcs Longleat for cheeky little break on 4th May (Bank Holiday Monday) for 4 nights. We looked on Monday and the prices have come down again this morning by around 20% plus we use the code CPWEB to get a further 15% off. For a family of 6 it worked out at £12 per person per night.

Currently available on this date at Longleat is:

Comfort 3 Bed £339.15 (was £399) SLEEPS 6
Comfort Plus 2 Bed £254.15 (was £299) SLEEPS 4
New Style Woodland Lodge £288.15 (was £339) SLEEPS 6
Original Style Exec £237.15 (was £279) SLEEPS 2
New Style Exec Lodge £254.15 (was £299) SLEEPS 2
Exclusive Lodge £999 (not reduced but was £1299 on Monday!) SLEEPS 8

If the dates are no good the deals are out for up to middle of June I think, plus CPWEB code also works for weekend and week stays as well. It's also valid at their other sites in Sherwood Forest, Elveden Forest and Whinfell Forest.

Unfortunately there are no supplement payable to guarantee the weather!!?

See you there? Happy holidays.....

The CPWEB code doesn't make a difference to the price for me. I am looking for the bank holiday weekend 1-4th.

PPPZ worked for some of the villas for me
#3
how did you get those prices? am adding code but not getting those!

You have to play around with the two codes. One works on some breaks, but not others and vice versa. There isn't any logic to it. I'm getting some 4 bed lodges coming up cheaper than same specification 2 beds on the same date.

HOT HOT HOT, just waiting on a call from hubby, praying he can get leave for that week.

Ahhhh don't be so down, CP is what you make it, it's a nice break, nice walks out your door, you don't have to spend anything if you don't want to. It's nice just to get out and escape it all.
The pool at longleat is amazing and that is free, the park shop is just as cheap as a supermarket, it's a fab price!
Nice one all booked now, see you there!

I will see you at the Teddy Bears picnic £8 an hour.

Hope you have a nice trip honestly even if your pockets are lighter at the end of the hols.

Power fan sounds cool £9 for 30 minutes max 19st or the abseiling £20 an hour, not sure what to make of the little indians option at £7 for 30 minutes

Cheaper to go abroad- plus they have sun over there, we have rain

Yes, the activities can be expensive

But TBH we spend so much time cycling, swimming, walking there isnt much time left for anything else.
Hard to get our boys out of the pool!

we did do badminton and family football last time

but that was it ,oh and the spa for my Mums bday !

you can have a nice time without all the expensive activities

OMG talk about hidden extra's do you need a pound to spend a penny?

Ten pin bowling £25 per lane per 55 minutes

''how did you get those prices? am adding code but not getting those!''

You enter CPWEB in the 'offer code' box on the home page quick availability search, having entered the midweek selection with a start date of May 4th. If you dont enter the code on the initial selection, the full prices (15% higher) will be displayed. Good luck!

Thanks to the op I looked and found a w/e break for us this may bank holiday as my kids school have sensibly added an occasional day on the Friday so we can have a nice long weekend. We won't eat in the restaurants (will stock up from Tesco before we leave) and won't do many extra activities. I love Center Parcs and just feel so relaxed as soon as we arrive. We haven't been for over 7 years as it always seems really expensive but with the discount it didn't seem too bad.

It's worth remembering that you can use the pool from 10.30 on your arrival day and until 10pm on your departure day which helps you make the most of your stay. We always pack our swimming stuff in a separate bag ready to use as soon as we get there. We then don't unpack our car till much later than you are allowed to save all the rush at the car park!

I think this is a great post-you don't have to go for the extras and can just have a lovely peaceful relaxing break.
I have travelled all over the world and don't agree that it is the sun that makes a holiday Mascherano-I would rather holiday here than face the horrendous though of spending time in Peckham by sea just because it's hot and I can fry myself on a beach with 5,000 other Brits because it's not a proper holiday unless I have had a 'holiday abroad'.There are some extraordinarily beautiful places here in the UK and it would take a lifetime to see them.
Still, each to his own.Your idea of heaven is probably my idea of hell and vice versa-would be boring if we were all the same!!
Voted hot-thanks for the post orangepeel.

Then go to Prague less than £1 a pint :p
Centre Parcs is just plain overpriced. Only good with kids it like a safe place.

can you please tell me where 6 people can go abroad for £288 on a self catering basis?

If you are going to spend extra money on activities then they are a rip off wherever you go. And, with the rate of the pound at the moment against most currencies then food and drink are extremely expensive compared to the uk (unless you go to Prague as mentioned!)

If the sun means that much to you then I suggest that you move abroad.

great deal unfortunately can't do that weekend due to birthday party commitments - doh!. Have looked at end May bank hol weekend but codes don't work unfortunately. Do you think it's worth waiting nearing the time to book? We were after 2 or 3 bed villa at Elveden or Sherwood - Used codes SAVECP, CPWEB, FAMILY, SAVE, JAN8CP none worked.
:(

Been to Centre Parcs at Longleat a few times. Never paid much for the villa's as always out doing things. Never spent much on the activities as family love the swimming pool (which is free). Plus you cant drive anywhere so have to walk to ride bikes so you get fit too.

Went in March and paid £500 for a room now £330 in May . Am seriously thinking about going again and blowing the little holiday I have left from work.

Top deal!

Wow! Thanks jojo1978. I didn't know about the clubcard points as last time I looked they could not be used at CP. There's another cheap evening meal sorted...

Ive also seen on the Tesco Clubcard section that for £6.50 in Clubcard points adults can get 1 Longleat Safari Park Passport Entry Token so there is another days' outing sorted for FREE whilst we are there.

Boo Hoo to those of you who have dissed how expensive it is once you are there. Deals like spending your Clubcard points help proove otherwise.
