Only problem is I don't like the idea of putting it back in the rice bag and cooking it later. I admit I'm a big amateur at this cooking lark though. I do like the idea of the coins. That sounds like it should work well.

I keep separate jam jar full of dried rice purely for blind baking. I don't boil it after to eat.

Got theses a few weeks back worked fab, whenever I tired pasta before it never made a difference the pastry still rose
