Anyone know how big the toolbox is?
I would answer that but you've only posted three deals in four years so CBA!
What's that got to do with anything?

Have a think and figure it out. The idea of the site is people post deals, if you don't bother or CBA then why should others help you?

Oh he's a level 1 celebrity & he thinks he owns the site!!! What an absolute tool you are. Oh by the way just helping you out.

Don't really see what that has to do with anything but fair enough...In fairness to myself I can take credit for a few more as my husband, children and sisters are often urged to upload whilst I order and beat me to the punch with others. I'm not that tech savvy I'm afraid. I have also commented some links in other people's deals that are similar as I don't see the point in flooding the site also. For example if a deal is posted for a tea pot on Amazon but is sold out and I find it on Debenhams I just comment in the previous post so people who missed out get another chance....'Tis the season of good will unto all- do a random act of kindness this season if you don't normally. Let's not all be a judgemental grumpy Graham1979 this Christmas!

Ok for the price, but can't believe they've thrown in a handful of cheap plastic cable ties to make it upto a 42pc set , what next a box of nails so they can call it 100piece set.

I'm not sure what a level one celebrity looks like however the admins and owners of the site rely on deals to be posted for the site to exist. 4 deals in 5 years but wanting the benefits of deals and help is unjust. If I did own the site I would restrict and kick people who take and don't give.
Oh by the way my little flower pot I would go with thishttp://www.argos.co.uk/product/7004339

Take a look at my posting history not great. BUT I click and buy from a lot of deals, making the owners money. So it’s not always about the obvious :p

Maybe, but it would cost double this to buy all of that at Poundland. Looks excellent value for money for a set of basic tools, IMO.

The Challenge is; will these withstand a few rounds of use? I'm doubtful.

Anybody know the dimensions of the toolbox? Doesn't seem to have that info on the Argos website.

Not really - you're just buying different quantities, the hammer is a quid, the toolbox is a quid, the tape's a quid, the hex and screwdrivers bits another quid etc etc it is what it is.

Disposable, waste of 7 quid, you'll end up buying twice.

I’m sure you didn’t mean for that question to be rude/intrusive/inappropriate to Karla85? But I actively post and share to all on here regardless of time and deals they may post. Poor service if you ask me!

First time I have seen a post with answers like this, but being a newbie maybe its more regular than I think? Must have taken more time to examine the contributors worth and reply/defend to the various responses that it would have been to simply answer the question. Minority I hope, as its a poor site if only those that are 'worthy' get a helpful response. Glad to see more helpful and appropriate answers.

Great little toolbox/price for the very odd job BTW
#32
No need to be rude. It's a nice find for not much money and will be of use to quite a few people I'm sure. I have all sorts of things like this in my tool box. Had them for years and use them all the time. For household odd jobs they're perfect. Heat from me.

Just to correct you, this site is funded by users clicking through from deals posted here, so number of deals posted is not the be all and end all.

And FYI, there are so many deals posted here these days that I can hardly keep up with checking them out yet alone find time to add to them.

I shall leave you to your self-righteousness.

Yes, really. If you were to buy all of these items individually from Poundland, it would end up costing you about twice as much...

The idea of the site is if you find a good deal you post it for the other members to benefit from, so get off your high horse and grow up.

Think I might get one to keep in the kitchen cupboard - handy to have at hand rather than go out to the garage for a quick simple job
