Is there anything better around this price that you can recommend?

Just read the reviews. Seems like its just for a cupboard so sounds pretty useless. So i'll have to vote cold.

I bought the other one Norse posted, plugged it in about 7pm, just emptied half a litre out of it. The condensation on the windows is driving me nuts, it gets really bad in this cold weather. It's not like the house is damp, it might be because I have a gazillion house plants in moist soil?

i think when buying Dehumidifiers you need to choose a good quality company that has been making them for a while. i never trust these value items of things like this

I went for the 3 year warranty with Argos because we had one that bust before. ( Although it was inherited and had previously been reversed to be used as an air conditioner which might have affected it..)
