Both are push mowers - hope you've got a flat lawn!

I bought this a few weeks ago and got another £20 off using a voucher from a local paper.

I had a look at the Homebase one but it is only plastic this one is steel.

So it's even heavier?

Pushing one of these things around anything but a bowling green is very hard work.

Petrol mowers are troublesome too so unless you've got no access to a power point I suggest they are worth passing over for a decent electric one. Bosch would be my recommendation.

RUBBISH!
They do have wheels you know and most lawns are reasonably flat.
As for being troublesome, I have had a petrol mower since 1995 and never had any trouble with it at all.
It starts first or second pull every time, even after being laid up for three months over winter.
