Nice deal if you like to look at cables.
#2
hmmm it does not mention anything about cables they could be fed through the frame but unlikely .... cheap enough if you dont mind your living room looking like a conference suite

Looks a little to industrial for me

I'd say everybody else feels the same way and that's why it's heavily reduced. It's one of those items that looks quite nice but you wouldn't want it in your own house.

Terrible design, its like wall mounting it without being able to run the cables into the wall! makes no sense id rather pay £15.00 for a wallmount another £5.00 for some plaster £5.00 for some paint, and nother £5.00 for a plaster chisel and hammer. cold from me sorry even the price isnt good for this.

I wouldn't even say it looked industrial... just plain ugly!

On the plus side there is plenty of room below the TV if you have a lot of appliances (cable/sky box, DVD recorder, games consoles, surround sound amp etc). This is something most stands don't have.

Not for me, but cant knock it for the money. Seems very stable so kids wont be able to knock the TV over and get hurt. Downside is the visible cables as already mentioned.

TV looks pretty high on this.

I think it looks quite smart:

How do you order the thing?
#12
ouch! £25 delivery charge ..... makes it £55 delivered.

Looking at the pic above, mounting a TV on that must be a real challenge - and as people have said, cables, cables, cables.
#14
i wont buy due to too many sharp edges. ok for people with no toddlers in the house. heat added
#15
i have one of these, they are very good the glass is tempred and the shelves are useful.

I live in a flat and the walls cant hope with the weight of my plasma so this is 2nd best to a mount.

yes you can see a few wires although they can be tagged together like those things u use to put all computer cables tidy together.

overall very good design and looks shiny.
#16
It reminds me of a pair of axle stands (minus a leg) holding up a telly rather than a car. :)
#17
The quality of the finishing looks awful - lots of visible weld points and discolouration where it's been heated for the welds....

Personally I'd do youself a favour and buy a decent one, or if thats too expensive, a nice second hand real-wood desk
