Couldn't believe it when my O/H picked this up in Netto took it to the self scanner and said £3.79 !!! for 1.5L, Bargain. So we bought a few .. Did a Tesco price check and their 75cl bottles are £5.99... this is not advertised in their weekly leaflet and the bottles were just sitting in one of the wire baskets with no price lable so may not be in all stores but if you have one close then it may be worth a trip out or a phone call. Its a pleasant wine to drink and I will be drinking it this bank holiday weekend :0)
the wine cellar describes it as
Crisp, bright and medium-bodied, it pleases with a liveliness that gracefully balances notes of ripe citrus and lemon blossom with hints of tart green apple. Subtle shadings of toasted oak complete the picture making this a wine that pairs beautifully with pasta in cream sauce, mild cheeses, or grilled chicken.
