Charles de Villers Champagne - must admit, one of my budget faves. Ideal for New Years for those who like Brut.
75cl normally £26.99 although I'd never pay that, not even £24.99, infact not even £17.99 which it has been previously, however £14.99 and £10 definitly.
@ Morrisons - none in Walsall - Arboretum Store as I've had them all!

Greedy little scrote.
Happy new year to you.

Still quite a few left at Catcliffe store!

Tesco has a bunch for a tenner as well, spotted yesterday in Dunblane. Was going to a wedding, and figured that it would actually be cheaper than getting **** at the bar.

I was correct, but it was awful stuff.

All champagne that is "reduced" by half is made to the reduced price.
Ever see Moet and Chandon halved???????

Bought two last night - great deal. Drank one and it's very nice though exceptionally dry.

Had a bottle last week- the most awful stuff I've ever had never buy it again save £10 its not worth it
#11
I have to laugh at the original post. You'd *never* buy it at £17.99 but you'd *definitely* buy it at £14.99? It's only £3 difference!

And why even quote the RRP if you know it's not the usual price and, in your opinion, not even worth that much?

Just say what it is - a pretty good wine at a pretty good price

Actually this stuff's pretty good. Got a bottle for 14 quid the other day and even my brother who's a bit of a wine snob approved. For a tenner this is good news. Heat from me !
