The OP never said it was all flights. The US flights have mostly gone now, although there are still some odd bargains on my Orbitz link

The op is trying to help people, at least respect when it works for some even if not for you.

Fantastic deal. Could find less than 200 to India around march april. :p

Can someone please confirm if they have made booking through expedia.au before?

This is a bargain, well done OP....

What if the NWA goes bust by then? Will these bookings be protected?
#30
If you pay via Credit Card, you'll get your money back for the flights but if you have booked accomodation that is non-refundable you're goosed for that.

Expedia.com.au isn't ATOL protected.

Just a query for everyone.
We can safely say that expedia.com.au is part of expedia.com.

So when you visit expedia.com it says

"It appears that you are currently located in the United Kingdom. Shoppers living in the United Kingdom who visit Expedia's U.S. site will not be able to purchase airline tickets or holidays. If you are living in the United Kingdom, please go to Expedia's UK site where you can purchase airline tickets and find content and promotions created specifically for our United Kingdom customers."

So will this apply to the australian site. Will they honour the deals that british folk buy from the australian site? Do we have to use the expedia.co.uk site?

Thanks

Just checking because I want to book my tickets today.

So have you travelled to your location yet using this site or have just made the booking for a future trip?

I just dont want the expedia saying near the time that "you cant do this" and then cancel my flight!
#34
I booked via expedia.co.au, but DO HAVE A PROBLEM.

The first flight on my itinerary is "wait listed" rather than "confirmed".

Despite repeated calls to expedia.com.au this is still not resolved, despite them having taking my money.

Just a wee warning.

It does say 'For calls from outside Australia, please dial +61 3 8330 4360. ' Hence they allow people outside Oz to book ?

Lot of Desi crowds around HUKD! I didn't realise that before :-D !! Great deal... Heat Added!

Lhr to Chennai in Jan next year comes to £383...:-(

I really hope that NWA do not go Bust by then.

I was looking to choose the KLM flights, however there was no option available other than NWA for my outbound travel to Delhi.

Booked tickets for 3 for £600 LHR-DEL. Saved aorund £400-£600.
Thanks OP!!

Looking for cheap travel insurance now, to protect from NWA going bust.

But what if the travel insurance company goes bust?

I am getting Paranoid now.

Yes, while making payment there is an option to choose "No-Australia Credit Cards".

I spoke to their CS last night and everything seems OK.
