O2 are offering a deal in store for £13.50 a month 24 month contract for 100 mins/ 100 texts and 100mb. Free iPhone 4 8gb. Not a great deal but if your phone is broke or not really wanting to pay extortionate costs for insurance not a bad price for a backup, give the sim to your grandma or someone else who will use it sparingly and get a giffgaff sim.

Know not a great tariff but forget the tariff think of how cheap it is for the phone if you can't afford to buy it outright. This was I store at 02/ just ask I store for the deal.

Be kind and gentle with the remarks

Found it in blyth, Northumberland although the manager said it will be In store now if you ask.

Thanks for posting I've added a pic & the price showing the total cost over the 24 month contract

If yours is broke surely you're better off taking your faulty one in to an apple store where they'll most likely offer to sell you a refurb for around £130, saw this option offered to a number of people whilst trying to get them to fix mine (refused to pay for replacement as I believe my fault is a result of faulty manufacture)

Some people will want the deal just for the phone ie the father looking for a phone with FaceTime for their 11 year old son on the misc page

Do you have any proof of this deal? No I was just looking I didn't take it, my friend took it in another part of the country though. I cannot prove it at 1am in the morning, go and speak with them in store at O2. My friend said O2 retentions when he called them couldn't believe the deal, they phoned the store then said its a promotion only available instore
#13
I spoke to a friend who works at o2 and they could not believe it either.

Hopefully it is true because this with a FF discount is cheap as chips lol
#14
Good price.

It does confirm the rumour that sales had dried up
#15
Good deal if true :)

Hottttttt

Considering the cheapest they're offering online is £170 upfront and £18.50 a month this is scorching if real!

AFAIK O2 don't even offer a tariff with 100min/100txt/100mb :o/
#18
Hot if true too!!!

excellent deal! Part of me would love to own a iphone to see whether it really is better than android based ones, but my htc desire still does me well.

Will be going to check this out later. Cracking deal. Do you think you'll be able to pick the colour?

Did they have any deals for any ancient out of date Android phones too?
#24
Just been having an online chat with o and they confirm it is available instore but is only 50 minutes, but you can add bolt ons. He was also trying to get me to do it with him, so may be available over the phone/chat too

If you watch video's or youtube its a no no

100 MB is roughly equal to 10 minutes of flash video, or 1500 emails.

It's not intended for the plan but it's a cheap way of getting an iphone4 especially if you have a sim already and just want an iPhone upgrade or downgrade depending on what you think if the iphone

Went on O2 website and the only iPhone offer I saw is for a refurbished iPhone3 GS 8Gb. Am I missing something here?

I've just done the same and been told the cheapest they have is £18.50. I did find the IPhone 3gs refurb for £13.50 though..
#32
Spoke to 02 this morning on the phone they never heard of this offer ?
#33
I did a chat with o2 on the webiste, they said only offer was on a 3GS but I could contact a store as they might have a different offer.
#34
I got the iPhone 3GS with O2 for a similar deal a couple of months ago - think it was 50 mins calls + 200 texts pm. . I just wanted an iPhone and wasn't partic bothered that it wasnt latest model and cos I don't use it that much never go over the monthly payment of £13.50.

Just been to my local orange shop. They say they never heard of you or your deal!

Orange?

100mb always seems to work alright for me. I mostly use wifi, but 100mb does the job for e-mails and facebook browsing whilst out and about and the odd bit of internet.

No its no good if you want to sit and 3g youtube videos I admit, but for most people it'll be more than enough

Yes you are, this is a o2 deal, not orange.

I think you need to go into an actual O2 shop
