Link wont work
Nearest shop with stock is over 1.5hrs away. I have a feeling this could go cold if there's only a couple store with it in. Warm from me as price is good.
i've managed to get one - sunderland
Stock available in:

Anyone manage to pick up a spare one of those 12p studio lighting books? I got the dreaded call from Jessops to say the one I ordered didn't exist :(
sunderland and middlesbrough have stock
stock Clapham Junction, Richmond , Croydon, London Bayswater, London Fenchurch st, Putney, Moorgate....

Thanks OP
Website crashed again...Jessops have the most unreliable website out there.

Website still screwed for me.
ok it's the link that's screwed, website fine.
There are 3 variants out there of different sizes - 5S / 30S / 40S

Have managed to reserve one of the 40S (which seems to be in stock at a number of shops in the Beds / Herts area).

Thanks OP
I reserved the 5S at Portsmouth to pick up on the morning of New Years Eve......walked in at 10am - the young lady in there said "oh I cancelled your order we don't have any"..............

So my advice to you would be to call the store instead of having a wasted journey.......The offer is good but the website / stock system is c£&$
My advice is dont bother reserving, just go to the store when it opens. They will have all their stock out on shelves and they wont be able to reserve them in time, shoppers will be snatching things like this as soon as they see them.
just drove 20 miles to pick mine up from Jessops - after getting an email and text to say in stock for me - yep guess what "we can't find it anywhere!" ........ what a joke. :?
Reserved a 40S at the Bromley store. Got an email confirmation for a pick up, got there at 12 and was told they could not find it. Eventually got a 20S but it wasn't easy. They seem to have loads on reserve but not very organised.

This is what happened to a relation of mine trying to pick up the recent M2 cards - what a complete waste of time .....!

Wonder if it's true (hearsay) that the majority of the bargains are usually taken by the staff!

I have nothing against staff buying stuff but when normal folks are given a chance to buy it and it is reserved and confirmed then they should at least honour such orders.

From the various posts of late I have seen so many disappointed people trying to pick up a bargain only to be let down badly......!
I have picked up mine today! In store price is actually 5 pounds rather than 50p!!!

Stock in london victoria!
Managed to reserve 2 on friday and drove down to store today with the reservation confirmation and by the shifty look of the staff immediately knew that there was no chance of getting the cases.

Was advised that they do not have a record of the reservation and was asked lots of questions about when it was ordered and such, even though all the information was already on the printout.

Was finally told that you should always call before going to collect a reservation as reserving a clearance item doesn't mean that it is reserved as they would still sell it as supposedly there is no stock control for such items (they all just get chucked in a clearance bin).

I questioned why I was not informed the morning after reservation when it was discovered that there was no stock left to put aside for me. Was just told that I should of called before coming down and that they have said sorry and that is that!

By the looks of it reserving an item is just an opportunity for the shop staff to be notified of any good deals and for them to take their pick first and leaving us with wasted journeys looking like right idiots.
