Here you go 360, PS3 and Wii.

Yeah, the site seems to be a bit wonky at the moment.

The service is provided by the MBL group, which also own Bee.com which have a £5 off anything that costs more than a fiver voucher on at the moment which I think is what's affecting the site. That coupled with the sudden influx of Sainsbury's Entertainment deals is probably what has tipped the site over the edge.

The search works in the following way, so you should be able to modify any search for any category in the same way:

http://www.sainsburysentertainment.co.uk/en/Games/DS/search.html?section=games/ds&t=titleofgame&sort=price <---- how search would originally look

http://www.sainsburysentertainment.co.uk/en/Games/DS/search.html?section=games/ds&sort=price <---- after removing title of game from the search string, you can now see everything in that category in price order

R4 card = free games

R4 card = illegal

by that logic

shoplifting = free games
#15
Technically, they're not illegal as far as I know. It's the fact that users are not creating their own images of the games, and are playing downloaded / pirated versions. In saying that, nothing is really that clear cut as far as copying / backing up of your stuff, so you never know.

Actually the cards are not allowed to be sold within the UK anymore, but what he was suggesting (downloading the game from online for free - how else would he get it for free) was the part that's always been illegal. So what he was suggesting is definitely illegal.

But it's not really the card that will land you in trouble as the consumer, it's what games you put on it and where you get them from that's more likely to get you in trouble - If you're downloading copyrighted games/software you're basically taking the same risk as downloading mp3s. So it's up to you to weigh up the risk, but it's not legal.

I was gutted, i got my card then found that i couldnt get 'free' games. I know some people can get them still but i do not have enough knowledge to work it out myself .:(

**The R4i Gold 1.4 continued to enjoy a smooth ride until Sep 2010 when Nintendo released another firmware 1.4.1 / 1.4.2 blocking all the popular flashcarts including R4i Gold & R4i SDHC 1.4. The following cards were somehow unaffected by the DSi firmware 1.4.1: EZ Flash 5i, Hyper R4i & Supercard DSTWO. Among the rest of those affected DSi game cards, the R4i Gold by r4i-gold.eu was the first to release the DSi firmware 1.4.1 fix. The new version of the R4i Gold has a new box with the 1.4.1 clearly labelled on middle of the front. **

I am going to find some one that can explain this to me as it seems you can still get games................I have a problem with my eyes so i am not even going to try and work it out lol

Downloading them has always been illegal. As was the case with many things, taking a dump of the cartridge yourself, either through purchased or engineered tech, was allowed for 'backup' purposes. Of course, this relates to very few people, and 99.9% were just downloading them from the net to play on the cards.

They cancelled the controllers I ordered too, so it's beginning to look like they were a little too eager to get their entertainment site up and running.

I'm just waiting for Dead Rising to be cancelled, now...:(

I ordered Hamsters, Pokemon, Water Horse and mechanic thingyand more. I have just called sainsbury on the freephone number and told them we are not happy. They are going to look into it...........yeah right!
has anyone recieved anything they ordered?
#33
Mine were DS games too - mechanic one, Hamsters, a firefighter one and others - got same cancellation mail about items deleted by supplier. Big disappointment.
