  Ive got one and it nots that bad, HD looks very nice, box is quite quick to change channel (compared to my tv), remote is nice and does not need to be pointed directly at box.
  
  Only problem is that sometimes is freezes when you first turn it on at the mains, i just pull out the cable from the back of the box to reset it (no big deal) for £30 you cant complain for an HD freeview box.
