I brought an airbed and tent from here last year very pleased with the airbed. But the tent was poor quality and after one use the zip broke i phoned to ask for an exchange but i was told to return it and they would try and repair it or give me a refund. When going to the postoffice the postage was about the same as the cost of the tent so as you can guess i didnt bother. GREAT AIRBED though but ended up being an expensive one. Hope this helps anyone thinking of ordering.

I bought a tent for £7.17 from Argos. Ok, its rubbish but kids like playing in it in the garden. Wouldn't risk camping in it , especially if it rains.

They've should paid the return costs of the item and replaced it as long as it broke under normal use within the first 6 months, without question. ;-)

(I've had that discussion with many an online retailer!)

True - speak to trading standards and they will put you right.

Macally try the same with their electrical stuff, but they are breaking consumer law according to my local trading standards department.
