Sorry you just made yourself look a fool there, that shirt is a clasic from one of the (if not) greatest seasons in footballing history. A collectors item for many fans. But not a bad price for a chelsea top, probabley just as cheap in sports worl though
#6
i know exactly what it is. But it is an old shirt and its £25.... what means to say a chelsea supporter will want to cherrish this shirt in the same fashion?
#7
gosh its freezing in here.......................was it this cold on the last day of the season?
#8
BBBBBBRRRRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.... Colder than Russia..

I think this could be to do with your reply to N20Y1D and not so much the deal....

Someone posted some Liverpool,AC Milan,Chelsea shirts and so on from MandMDirect earlier and it's warmish.....
#9

It's cheaper than the deal posted earlier.. I'd be happy if I could find a Shrewsbury Town shirt for my boy this cheap... Even if it's 07/08 season..

Now they are a team that really need some hammer..

I'm sorry, but anyone who thinks a Chelsea shirt will be voted hot on a site like this can only be, well, a blind Chelsea fan. I mean, come on, even Man U fans will be outnumbered here

That is a retro top from 1999, bit different.

to be 100% honest, i followed the flocks as a child and supported man united. Then when i turned 11 i decided i no longer enjoyed being part of that crowd. Zola was my hero and my father is from fulham so i moved to chelsea. so what to say now?

how long you supported man united? since they were top of the league? or was it when they were the biggest team in the world?
#18
love to now how many of these 'mancs' are actually from manchester and/or go to any of the games. "u only live round the corner, live round the corner"
#19
Heat and rep added... We are gonna stuff united on wednesday... learn to love it!!!

Before the typical comments...
Chelsea boy my whole life... Way back when we had Gavin Peacock, Frank Sinclair, Michael Duberry, John Spencer, Steve Clarke (Lol... I feel old now... I'm only 21, but seeing a player like Steve Clarke as assistant... well it feels like my best years are behind me) and the like. Then ofcourse through the times of Vialli, Zola, Di Matteo, Gullit... Aghh those were the days.

I dont really this is the best place to talk about so called glory hunters do you, given chelseas support...
#21
if you knew what you were talking about i think youll find united are a hell of a lot more notorious for having glory hunting fans mate, its been over the course of tens of years whereas we got a few jumping on the bandwagon in the last 5 years

im waiting on some prawn sandwich comments.....

went to see the champions league semi final in a random pub filled with scousers and spurs supporters and this was the abuse they were shouting at the tv all night. I kept quiet as i was on my own haha

I think jealousy overtakes a lot of people. They feel they have to resort to insulting chelsea for any reason they can
#23
So - just to clarify - you're a big Chelsea supporter but didn't actually bother going to the game .....and didn't have any like minded mates to go to the pub with either. :whistling:. Is this indicative of Chelsea's true fan base?

What's going on here? Deleting arguementative and off topic posts now.

Enough insulting each other - this is a breach of the forum code of conduct - any more will result in a ban.
#25
thank you

Well - maybe - maybe not - but people won't remember that in years to come - they'll just remember who won and it wasn't Chelsea. Two Cup finals and a very slim chance to win the League shows that they are undoubtedly a force to be reckoned with but nothing to show for it except losers medals. Thats a tough end to the season for Chelsea supporters but a great end to the season for us Mancs.
I've tried to be fair and balanced - don't want any more posts deleting .
