Superstars? Bunch of twinkle-toes, with few exceptions!!

Hows this a deal? I missing something?

What a rip off, even at half that price.

Is it any wonder the national game is full of money grabbing players, agents etc. when the public put up with vastly inflated admission prices!

Voted cold.

I agree that this is still a lot of money for a game of footy in the current climate, but the point is it's HALF what it normally would be, therefore it's a deal! I'm sure any Ipswich fans on here will be delighted the prices have been reduced!

You pay 48 quid for a ticket to chelsea thats daylight robbery
#6
Chances are Chelsea will play a weakened team anyway, hence the need to drop their overly inflated prices anyway.
#7
cold.

no they won't did they play a weakened side against southend?...............no and the prices were the same, due to there loss in the carling cup they won't take any risks
#9
This might not be everyone's cup of tea, as you'd need to be a neutral or a fan of the two teams - but this is a screaming bargain!
For most premiership games, like it or not, the prices are double this, and the tickets are like golddust. If you want to take the kids to see the England Captain play, along with another 10 internationals - this is a great opportunity!

Ha ha, I can see why you've voted cold :-D *looks at your picture*

This is the usual price of FA cup games at Chelsea, so i don't see how it is a deal.

robbieboi , i always thought the Carling cup was cheaper than FA Cup games by around £5, so not the same price.

Full team was out in both FA cup games so far. Standard FA Cup prices, in fact all the Cup matches so far including the Champions League have been at least half price as they have been for several seasons. Makes it affordable to take the whole family and many do. Chelsea prices are not the highest in the league, Fulham wanted £48 for their run down ground and many teams still charge full price for cup games.

You haven't even mentioned the star attractions! Most people will be drawn by the opportunity of seeing Jim Magiltons Blue and white army!!. Where else can you watch the stars of tomorrow play the stars of today at yesterdays prices next Saturday ! :whistling:

I for one will be there!! :w00t:

considering ive just paid £27.00 to watch United at Bolton, id rather watch paint dry than pay £24.00 to watch a useless bunch of so called pro's play football. Its not as if you're even watching a team worthy of winning a title!
