Not many people know you can get generic allergy tablets like this :)

Generally your pharmacist should be able to sell you 'over the counter' drugs that they usually give out when prescriptions come in, saving £££s compared to buying the branded stuff.

They're cheaper at Chemist Direct (http://www.chemistdirect.co.uk/30-days-allergy-and-hayfever-relief-cetirizine-hydrochloride-tablets_1_10167.html) at 30p for a pack of 30 but delivery is £3.49 unless you order is worth over £40 so maybe worthwhile if you order other items from them at the same time.

Also they have Loratadine tablets for 59p if you're allergic to Ceterizine (like my other half).

I think min spend is £1 so just need to buy 2 packets

Made it hot for you

I normally suffer around this time of year when using clarityn, but this year I decided to make a change and went for this one and Beconase nasal spray( I highly recommend it) and I now rarely sneeze and other hayfever related symptoms. I dont even use them that often, around once every couple of days works just fine for me.

Given it a go! Heat.

thanks ordered 3 packs 2.39 delivered

Hah...could have done with these a couple of weeks back. Had to shell out £2.50 for two packs of superdrug brand :P All these things are the same - go by the active ingredient. There is nothing extra you get for buying the dear stuff, just the brand name.
#25
ordered two packs. heat added
#26
With the expiry date being in 2013, I went for six packs. Less than a fiver, when they're normally almost £3 for seven tablets (not 30), and buy one get one free if you're lucky. Thanks.
#27
Thanks, just ordered!

Heat added :-)

Cold from me sorry.

5p for 30 here - http://www.pharmacyfirst.co.uk/medicines/hayfever-allergy/tablets-and-capsules/cetirizine-10mg-tablets-30-tablets-zirtek-substitute-/prod_2352.html

Okay, it's £2.95 delivery and a maximum of 8 packets, but that means you can get 8 x 30 packs for £3.35 delivered.

I know because I had mine delivered last week (delivered in 2 days as well). They also sell Loratadine (Claritin) for 50p per 30.

Fair point. However, THIS deal is hotter for ME as I only want 2 packets which cost me £1.58 vs. your deal which would cost me over £3. Horses for courses I guess....

Fair enough. I use mine for a cat allergy so I need them every day, I guess people who only want them for the summer might find the 2 packs for £1.58 better.

I've still got loads of these from last year when this offer was run for a similar price!

Some people may find that they need to switch between cetirizine and loratadine to get best results :) So far this year (knock wood), I have had extremely mild symptoms once or twice and avoided taking any tablets at all (yay!).

But at this price, you can afford to stock up and leave them in the car, at work, handbag etc and not be charged to disgusting amount that branded versions ask for.

And don't worry about the expiry date - mine all have December 2014 expiration dates and they are the ones from last year :)
#32
Thanks for the heads up, I got some pollenshield from these earlier in the year and hayfever has been much better! Running out now, so stocked up on these ones :)
#33
thanks! ordered 4 free delivery
#34
No delivery to Norn Iron
#35

#36

#37
My local chemist sells these same pills for £4.50 per pack. Now ordered six for the same price!
#38
Prettty cheap, one of the only good things about living in Wales, free hayfever stuffs. I find the nose spray the best, stops any sneezing after a sniff lol.

I can't get past those bloody questions they ask before you checkout.
I don't want to give personal details.
