Forgive my ignorance, but what the hell is a chip tray, and what would I use it for? Your link doesn't work.

Is it for poker chips, potato chips (crisps), chips (err fries I suppose) , etc etc? All I'm seeing is a deformed piece of plastic with a bunch of holes punched through it...?

Is this the Quickachip tray that was featured on Dragon's Den. Goes for £3.99 on a well known auction website.

They are selling the toastabag version of these trays in the 99p stores at the moment.

Thanks. My wife has just bought 4 ! She reckons they are excellent for Pizzas as well as oven chips and potato waffles and would sometimes need to use 2 at a time. The extra 2 are for when the others are still in the dishwater waiting for a full load before washing. Whatever. As long as she's happy. She can throw out the old baking trays now.

If its one of those mesh ones then you can simply cut it to fit with a decent pair of scissors.
I bought one of the flat mesh sheets from poundland and cut it to fit my oven shelf.
They are really good - it saves having to turn food over.

Anyone got dimensions for this? Approximate or accurate.
Also does the top come off to empty the fat that drips into those holes?

It's not a mesh tray that you can cut to measure. They are solid non-stick trays that are unbendable.

They are about 15" x 12" I would guess and fit perfectly into a standard sized oven. They are single trays that are shaped so that the middle of the tray is slightly raised. This allows the little fat that oven-ready chips produce to flow to the edges of the tray and not drop through the holes.

Still available at 40p at Kidlington
