Ah yes ... I have altered the OP to make it clearer that it's not just 3 things. Cheers for the prompt. *thumbs up*

aaaahhhh just noticed I have been charged £4.95 postage :( My own fault for not checking!! Was I meant to add a code for the free p&p?
#10
Mine is showing £4.95 postage? How do I get free postage, please?
#11
I can only find postage of £4.95 but that is the only postage you pay, so technically anything else you order would be free postage.

Yes I have checked with random purchases and various made up addresses and no P&P.

They are very good at customer relations though so as you say, BB, the P&P will be refunded.

Thanks op that's part of the mother-in-law's gift sorted.

12% cashback with Quidco

12% cashback with Quidco

Watch out because I think it adds P&P if you go there through a cashback site - a bit of to'ing and fro'ing might sort it but I don't know as I haven't tried.

UPDATE:
P&P is added if you go straight there through a cashback site but if you get the basket ready and then exit and go through TCB ( and presumably Quidco) then it stays as no P&P and with a bit of luck you get the cashback.
Thanks Amber.

where does it say free p and p on there site?
It doesn't, I'm afraid ...

........... but it really is free - see my screen shots up above^^^

Your basket shouldn't have P&P to be paid. If it does than take everything out, exit from the T&M site and start again using the link in the OP.

The free P&P is just until midnight Monday 6th December; the sale will keep going on after that.

Have you tried putting it in the basket? As I said in the OP some sale prices are only applied then , depending which index or whatever you use. The Hibiscus is still £9.99

I really don't understand why it sometimes adds the P&P, if you are not going through Quidco or TCB and using the link in the OP.

Have you tried this link to the Hibiscus?
http://www.giftstm.com/gifts1/product/p91609/1

Customer services, as in the early posts in this thread, will take off P&P for you if all else fails.
#40
Manage to get it at free post and package at last then I added the code to get free carnations and then it added the p&p again . Gave up and decided to go through quidco and get 12%cashback (hopefully) and got free caranations and reduced priced Mini Cyclamen Trio
for myself plus several hybiscus plants posted around the uk for relatives pressies :D

Could try customer services in a few days to see if they will take off p& p ;) but all in all am happy. Thanks OP and to whoever posted free carnations code X)
