Something else to consider if you have a PC or laptop you can hook up to your stereo (or with decent speakers) is Soma.fm It's a collection of internet radio stations from San Francisco & every year they put on an xmas themed station. Yup 100% xmas for 24 hours a day!

On the plus side, it's free and has some great songs you might not have heard before

On the down side, there is some rubbish and your favourites might be a little spread out...

Some Crackers there! All classics, but for Old Gits like me excellent!!

From the ages of the songs - every single one is well out of copyright. So why not pick the ones you like and make your own compilation, then in the non commercial spirit of Christmas - donate it to charity (unless of course you are a student - when you will buy alcohol with it). :whistling: :-D

HOT though - for suggesting a nice selection of free songs that most people will have never heard or forgotten about.

Bought this last year for around £15. Its a good cd and at that price you should go and purchase. Heat added!!

By now, I must have about 40 cds featuring some or all of these tracks on at least 10 of them.

How many times can they re-release these songs ? :whistling:

Good selection .. it contains quite a few of what are considered to be the 'definitive versions' of the tracks... here's a good link where these were discussed... http://forum.dvdtalk.com/archive/t-398747.html
