That is really pretty - does anyone know what sort of price those bulbs are to replace though? I always avoid lights like this with loads of little bulbs as I am worried they will cost more to light up :)

Amazon are pretty cheap. http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_ss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=g4+10w+bulbs&x=0&y=0

Yep I made that mistake - I got a gorgeous 5 star light from Sainsbury's at the beginning of the year but it fails on 2 counts - one the combined wattage of the bulbs is only 50W so the living room is too dark & the cost of the bulbs is £3.99 for 2 & the kids keep knocking them!

Mind you I did find out that Poundland sell the bulbs (G4 10W) for only £1 (I think for 2)

It's a good price & very pretty so I'm marking it hot for that but the combined wattage is 50W so the room will not be very bright - I know from experience!

Really nice looking light - I agree with Synergie that it would probably be a little dim for a living room, probably nice for a bedroom though.

Anyone know if you can just use 5 x G4 20w bulbs instead to increase the overall brightness to 100W ?????
