Citizen Smith: Complete Series 1 & 2: 3dvd: Box Set

Classic comedy for only £6.99 less Quidco.

South London resident Wolfie Smith (Robert Lindsay) is perpetually on the dole but fancies himself a revolutionary. Of course, he mainly spends time at the pub with his mates, a pseudo-Marxist gang of four collectively known as the Tooting Popular Front. Wolfie's attempts to overthrow the system are often hilariously thwarted by his domestic problems, money woes, and the dreadful performance of his beloved football team. Follow Citizen Smith's amusing mishaps with this 3-disc box set collecting the first and second seasons.

No,I think it was just the two, it just got repeated a lot!

There were four series plus a Christmas special in 1980. That was the final episode.

Series 3 and 4 are available together in a second box set. Cheapest available at the moment is £12.74 from selectcheaper.com. It's also £12.99 at play.com and Amazon.co.uk.

Heat & Reputation added.

I've been after this for a while, at a reasonable price - any good deals on series 3 & 4 ?

Edit:

Just seen deal above (thanks edi) although I think that I may wait for series 3 & 4 to come down in price a bit . . .

Good series in its day. Not sure how watchable it is now. I made a mistake there with The Rise & Fall Of Reginald Perrin boxset that I got a few years ago.

I've been rewatching Reggie recently and I'm enjoying it more than ever. FYI the box set is largely deleted by the looks of it...
