just phoned trying to order the gro bags and been told that they are oos on all the clair de lune and any payments made will be returned, bloke told me they sold out yesterday!!!!!

Ended up phoning them direct on 0871 984 4412 and managed to get sleeping bags. The lady said their payment system was down due to the amount of traffic on their site. Got free delivery as well X)

worst site ever. added 3 sets and 2 sleeping bags. payment of 5 taken but only showing 1 sleeping bag in the confirmation.

I believe they all are sister companies or from same stock holders. don't bother to order and have the hassle of getting the money back.

Rang BHS, who said systems were down and the guy would place my order for me and ring me when they were up and running. Just rang and said there were 3 colours. I said any (trying to hurry him along before they all went) and he said head office have put a note on them saying they are all oversold by 3 figures and are being taken off websites as we speak. Also most orders will no be honoured. I asked if misprice and he said he didnt know, but they are not for sale. I had already got one order in with debenhams, so fingers crossed but doubtful.
