Damn good price.

very good price, cheaper than buying in canada from my experience, we tend to get a years worth from asda at this time of year.

Just check your receipt that you get the two for £1.50 offer as I had to go back to customer services on Friday as it didn't go through at that.
#4
excellent price for maple syrup, and hopefully they have their 2 for £1.50 sorted out on the tills now

Hot!
Good buy, its quite a sweet one though, tastes like the maple flavoured syrup. Asda do stock a better one, in the typical glass bottle, its only about £1.50 if i remember correctly.

Don't buy this stuff - it's only 40% maple syrup blended with carob fruit extract. Not good.

Regards,
Mark.

Yes, another instance of false advertising:

Thought this price was too good to be true!

This

looks a good deal - 250m for £1.84 is a good price.
I am sure our Asda wont have it. :x

just shop at waitrose, think value not price.

Possibly one of the most asinine comments I have seen posted on here!
Talk about baseless sweeping generalisation!

How much is it in Waitrose?
(leaving aside the fact I would need to complete a 40 mile round trip to my nearest store).

That aside, I think 250ml of 100% maple syrup gor £1.84 is very good value.

dont bother with this one...its crap.
#13
Gutted! ..will alter my purchases immediately, that's so contentious to advertise it in this manner.

Intrepid

I also have a line of smoked salmon for sale... Well to be frank it's 60% aborted fetus's but it's a lovely pink colour anyway.

Feti?

Just bought 2 (Rowse) for £6.50 at Holland and Barratt as the Tesco near me had none :( Gutted!

Maple syrup is lovely but you get what you pay for and bottom line the good stuff ain't cheap nowhere. If you want something sweet but not sugary to stick on your porridge then Agave is nicely cheap. Made from some kind of cactusy plant in Mexico.

Tesco sells both brands as 250ml bottle for £2.50.

Yeah, got conned at Tesco with this product.

The 'maple syrup' they serve you with McDonalds breakfast pancakes is ten times nicer than this stuff.

Around half the price Tesco charged though so it seems a good deal.

Then again, Asda are giving you twice as much of the stuff so maybe not. :p

that'll mean "mixed" / blended by "artisans" ..with a plastic paddle in a big vat when the latest shipment rolls off the boat!
