This is the version I got from HMV a few years back for £27.99 Universal Monsters Legacy Collection. Still not opened it yet, the price on this has sky rocketed as it is no longer available.

It's £184 on Play.com and £239 on AmazonUK.

That it's a good collection as I have it also, but in the complete collection.

Voted Hot as well, so draw your own conclusions.

What the fcuk's the point of purchasing and not opening the box set? you might as well make the most of it when you can still breath - life's too short to concern yourself over a non event. It's hardly going to make you rich anyway, especially not keeping it locked up until doomsday.

When you work for a living then you usually find there are not enough hours in the day to simply sit in front of the TV watching films. I have a massive DVD collection that I started when DVD first came out and a small percentage of them I have not had the time to watch yet, it's nothing done on purpose, but you can see from just this site the amount of great deals that come up, you would have to clone yourself just too keep up to date.

Woah, didn't realise that it was worth so much now. I too bought it like you a while back for that price, and it's a great set. Thanks for posting, would not have noticed otherwise.

Haven't had the chance to go through all of the films in it, but this Frankenstein box looks to be the best part of the set, so £5.99 is a very good price indeed.

I kinda know what you mean. Unless I win the lottery and don't actually have to leave my house, it's going to take me a long time to watch all the discs I got, that have came up really cheap on here XD
